  48.    There are a lot of Wnos users using it successfully  whith Baycom modems  
  49. ( the local amprNet bbs also uses a Baycom to the 1200 bauds port ).

  113. Using a DRSI2 card together with G8BPQ node software (and PacketCluster)
  114. I mentioned a small problem: 
  115. the configured txdelay for the ports are not recognized - txdelay always is set to 1.
  116.  Using the sysop-utility one can check and set this manually. But that parameter
  117. should be recognized correctly ! Is it a bug or a feature, hi ?

  140. active.  Everybody seems to use this digital.misc instead.  What kind of
  141. info do you need?  I have a Kantronics KPC-3 TNC and a Baycom TNC.  Both
  142. will work on VHF/HF 300 or 1200 baud.

  172. Can anyone tell me where I can obtain a Microsoft Windows 5Mhz Oscilloscope

  176. The reason I'm looking for this type of program, is so I can attach my sound 
  177. boardⁿs input, to my PK232 TNCⁿs mark/space output, for tuning digital signals 
  178. on the HF bands. Updates (refreshes) need to occur at a minimum of 2 seconds to 
  179. make tuning of a signal on the shortwave radio functional, and the oscilloscope 
  180. display Windows needs to be scaleable in size.

  264. somewhere for point-to-point usage (his house to mine), and would like
  265. to go faster than 1200 bps on 2M. I've seen some UHF 9600 bps integrated
  266. packet tnc/radios but never paid attention to the ads. Are there any
  267. experiences with these products good or bad? This is for ham radio
  268. usage, so I'm not looking for one of those non-licensed 900 MHz doodads.

  289.     I've run a couple of 9600 bps links on 70cm for about 2 years now.  The 
  290.  first was an old TAPR TNC1 with 9600 bps modem and a Tekk 900 radio.  The 
  291. modem was the real problem.  I then upgraded to a DataEngine with Kantronic's 
  292. 9.6/19.2 modem.  That worked quite well.  I added a second DE with 9.6/19.2 
  293. modem and a Kantronic's D4-10.  That was truly plug and play.  The D4-10's 10 
  294. watts out was a nice improvement on the 15 mile hop I use it on.  I did have a 
  295. problem with the D4-10's frequency drift until Kantronic's installed a 
  296. modification and replaced a bad cap.  I recently replaced the Tekk 900 with a 
  297. Tekk 960 which is told to have better frequency stability.  I can not say that 
  298. it has improved things, as the link is quite reliable generally.
  299.     The groups I belong to has also installed a full duplex bit regenerator 
  300. "repeater" operating at 9600 bps using TAPR's 9600 bps modem and a MFJ tnc.  
  301. That works quite nicely.  The rcvr is actually a Tekk 900, while the xmtr is a 
  302. motorola.
  303.     Completely packaged radios and tnc's though I have no experience with.
